I believe in the power of transformation, of healing, of reclaiming parts of ourselves and taking our power back to live more embodied, empowered meaningful & unique lives.
I believe in peace after heartbreak and love through loss. I believe in the unseen & magic & karma and all the ways life is beautiful and also deeply challenging at times.
It was through decades of healing, embodiment, intuitive practice, and energy work that I learned how to reclaim myself & my truth.
It is my Soul Purpose to share with other women who seek guidance to navigate through difficult waters, cycles and transitions in their lives.

What Makes My Work Different~
My background is a blend of embodied Somatic work, clairvoyant energy healing and Astrology, specifically focused on women’s healing & transformational empowerment.
I facilitated Somatic healing for 25 years, holding space for dancers & movers to release stuck energy and stubborn stuck patterns in the physical & emotional bodies. I have dedicated my life to this deep embodied work as well as a decade of Clairvoyant training & energy healing.
I have a deep relationship with grief, loss & sexual trauma healing which fuels my passion to empower women to have more freedom in their lives with access to their own answers, inner trust guidance & wisdom.
